You can get it in Richmond at Gyo-O. It's delicious. Would not recommend it to palates that are just used to hamburgers and pasta.
Bukkake describes a cooking procedure of splashing of hot water on to egg to create a very soft texture. Like a very very soft poached egg. It does make the egg whites look like cum, which is why you see it used more frequently in sexual references. It's a misnomer, kind of like hearing 'sloppy' when referring to 'sloppy joes'.
Again the udon is delicious, but definitely not meant for people who have trouble gagging down bubble tea.
