Depends on the provider, agency and extras offered. You have to do the legwork as this varies quite a bit.

I really like to know going in ... be upfront with the provider what you're looking for and what it will cost.
I hate when you're naked and it's $20 for shirt off, $20 for pants off, $20 for touching, $20 for CBJ, $40 for BBBJ, $100 for FS. You can end up spending a lot when you just keep saying yes.
I guess that's why some SP do it this way. Really appreciate the women who just tell you first what it will cost to get what you want. The best ones do.
