I saw a few people whineing about the price increase so had to check the old rates as its been a while since I visited . ... . $40 more only ?? LoL some guys are soooo cheap lol. All the power to you ladies! I'll stop in next time I'm in town. About time nanaimo sees some changes in the industry.

I was NOT whining about the price. I think some misunderstood. My thoughts were that when taking over a well established, respected company, It might not be advantageous to up the price by almost 20%.

The selection of ladies is getting less and less in the last few weeks.
The price is going up substantially.
Fay is gone.
No updates on their notice board other than a " closing early" a couple of weeks ago.
I am definitely moving on to greener pastures.
Keep up the good work and the message soon will be "closing ".
It was fun all those years when the unequaled Rikki was the Wizzard but sadly she has moved on and it is definitely evident.

Well all new ventures have growing pains... As far as ladies leaving, they started moving before Rikki left the scene. I am sure it has a lot to do with the times we are going through right now. It must be a very stressful occupation to be in with Covid looming about. I think you will see ladies coming back when things get closer to “normal”. As far as the rates go, it has been a long time coming. I’m not sure many of you realize the deal you have been getting from Rikki? The last 2 women I have seen at BOA both complained about the limited amount of income they end up with. As a result neither one of them are there now... You only have to look at the Indy’s, you don’t see many of them any cheaper. And the ones that are, well they are not the young hard bodies of BOA. Just my thoughts on this situation, not ment to ruffle any feathers.

Boa is following the covid travel guide lines and not allowing traveling sp's to come to nanaimo. There are many sps who want to travel around but covid and safety is Boa's number one priority. Many want to use BIA as a location to make money.
I am glad that Natasha keeps safety above numbers at this time. If it was not for her the agency would be closed and you and I would only have the very reliable Leolist and perb.
Don't bite the hand that feeds you! And please tell me where the greener pastures are as I have yet to find them.

They are found and are waiting for travel restrictions to lift so they can come here as I stated just before your post. If I was a female sp I would not have stayed at boa very long as the old rates minus administration and room rental fees, left an sp with way less than an indy makes. With their rates up to what they are now, more will stay longer. Many left to go indy thinking they could afford an incall and get more money and the bookings would be easy. Not always the case. Some that have left are terrible at setting up a date

In Edmonton at all places and indy's I saw did not do bbbj, or daty, and most did not kiss.

Please let me know of a better set up in Nanaimo area than Boa as I and others would love to know.

I thought that that house must have a big family and some bed-wetters. It is a tacky looking neighborhood. Lots of clothes lines around there. I have not seen much lengerie on the line though. hmm..

Fresh air dried sheets are far nicer and more fresh, saves money too, which saves us money...

when you buy a business, you don't pay what the old owner paid, you buy the improvements, name and good will they have built up, and you have to pay for that... still less than an indy, more secure, and certain...
