She's bat shit crazy. Can be sweet as pie on the phone and then in a nanosecond she can become triggered and become nasty and belligerent. I can't imagine how she could have regulars when her behavior is so unpredictable. I imagine with her being in Richmond she may cater to the out of town visitor where they will never be able to repeat.

I had booked an appointment with her. Before the appointment out of the blue she texts me and starts rambling in an incoherent matter.She got very belligerent and nasty and also made threats. Then a few days later she randomly texts spewing the same garbage. She has very serious mental health issues. The funniest part is that she told me she is a nursing student...ya right. Made me think of Misery
