This will always be a shady, unnatural business, and no amount of "testing" or "initiatives" will make it less so. No girl on earth likes to do this work, regardless of what they say. They do it because it is quick money - plain and simple. The business is not only shady because it provides an easy way for people to cheat on their SO's (and bring possible STI's home to them), but also because there are vulnerable women who work in it. As a shy, single fellow, I partake, but make it a point to be as kind and respectful as possible with the girl.
I see SDK has altered his SVIP trolling approach. I suggest that cleaning toilets is a job no one in particular likes. Does anyone enjoy breaking their back moving furniture? Is working at McDonald's or working in a factory so likeable? Being an escort allows a lady to put a big smile on a clients face. That is pretty special and an opportunity few of us get. I don't think having sex is unnatural and if done by consenting adults seems pretty normal to me. Yes the money can be good and the working hours far more flexible which makes the job attractive. I am an unapologetic fan of the way SVIP conducts its business. Their effort to make services available to people with disabilities is really impressive. The points SDK makes about it being such an awful job only serve to make the approach SVIP does to support its ladies even more impressive.

I’m pretty sure they were genuine smiles on the faces of all of the ladies I have had the pleasure of sharing time with simply by treating them with kindness and respect and the sex is always mutually enjoyable!
One young lady told me that one of the reasons she got into the business was because she already has multiple partners in her life outside of “work” (currently there are 5 all providing her with different benefits) and working as an SP gave her more opportunities to enjoy more partners and provide a good income in the process.

I do believe that some ladies, truly love their job as an SP. Maybe they don't every day, or with every client, but I'm certain that some days, they couldn't think of anything else they would rather do, than spend an enjoyable hour or 6 hours, with a gentleman. Indies have it a little better, especially experiened ones, as they can pick and choose who they see - like the well-known American escort who decided to ban East Indian clients several years ago and wrote about it. The "bad" will take its toll eventually. This is an unnatural business.
There is absolutely nothing unnatural about this business. In fact, it is probably the most natural business imaginable. It is in high demand and people are willing to provide serve. Not every encounter or aspect of life is a mind blowing wonderful experience. I know doctors, lawyers and teachers who burned out due to the stress of their "natural" jobs. Intimacy related work is the worlds oldest profession because of how natural it is. Is working in a coal mine a natural business?

Coal mining is a natural business. You don't get killed by other people in this work (except by accident), such as those women in the Atlanta massage parlor shooting, or the escort in Calgary more recently. This work, at least in first world countries (where we live), doesn't attract predatory employers, or desperate workers, either due to drug addiction or other issues. It doesn't lead to human trafficking and exploitation - again, in first world countries. With increasing technology, coal mining in the latter countries is now a lot safer and provides good salaries.
This thread was about the superior service and class act that SVIP has been in Victoria. That adult industries have attracted some unscrupulous characters is further evidence that SVIP is a great business, thanks for making the case. You can keep trolling them but no one is buying it.

Only a small percentage of SVIP (or any agency) clients are board members. That is an easily proven fact. So how do you know they don't also attract unsavory characters? I have read articles on this and talked with several girls: at agencies and massage studios, clients are almost always viewed above the girls by owners/managers. That can't be a beneficial scenario for the girls.
