any guys here wear a shoe lift? im not sure which brand is good . I have a few but they aren't comfortable and cant walk/ wear it for long. i like to gain a few inches

Haha, laughed out loud at that one.
Eventually a shoe lift will fuck up your gait. And on that I have no idea how women wear high heels.
I got into orthotics many years back for skiing then for soccer then just in my everyday shoes including my assorted cowboy boots. Saved my knees for sure.
