The difference all depends on the girl. Sometimes price plays into it a bit, but honestly some of the best experiences I have ever had were on the low end of the price scale. If you were blindfolded in a room and the provider came to you, could you tell the difference between a provider who charged $100 and one who charged $1000?
As touched on there are many reasons for the range of prices that providers charge.
It is probably a better option to establish your budget range and then define your preferences. After that you can begin your search to find a provider who hopefully gives you the experience you are seeking. There will be good, there will be not so good but if you start out by attaching expectation to cost you will probably end up disappointed.

Supply and demand/Volume, age, and appearance will affect price points.
Some of my best experiences have been at around the $300 price point.
I think with higher price comes higher expectations which sometime do not actualise, thus magnifying the disappointment.

there are for sure differences based on pictures but from the reviews it seems that the majority of pics are fake anyways so its really hard to go by them

It's probably best to set a budget for yourself and find somebody within that budget that is reviewed well.

Personally, I've found women in the mid range of 350 to 600 to be more reliable with all factors considered. What I mean by "reliable" is that they are less likely to flake out, reschedule, or lay on the bed like a starfish. There is also the added, and more important benefit, of them actually being the same girl in the photos online as I meet in person and if any photo manipulation has been done, it is too a minimum with the majority of manipulation done to remove or hide body art.
