Turn over for sure. In only a few years I have had to look for a new favorite as the one moved on.
Re agencies, I am sure it is a trade off. If an sp does not have an incall location and does not want to deal with the bullshit of setting up appointments it sounds like a good idea to use and agency. If she finds that she is popular and has a bunch of regular clients then she may find a better incall.
Wanting all the money is probably what others are after when going indy and have yet to deal with the hassles and I am told HASSLES that they deal with from flakes and time wasters when booking their own appointments.
If she tickles your fancy, hesitation may be what causes you to miss out. And you never know when your favorite will disappear.
