She's only offering outcall and is using an Outlook email for contact no phone number.

Actually I'm not seeing any real red flags.
Yes the price is a little low but she could be brand new and looking to build up a client base.

if she were offering incall I would be a little more suspicious but it's a lot harder to run a scam doing outcall.

um no not really. they can just enter your home, accept the money, and walk out lol. that's assuming she doesn't ask for a partial or full deposit first...

Agreed that is a risk, I have contacted her and there's no request for deposit.

At $220 I'm thinking it's worth a TOFTT.
Plus communication easy, she answered all my questions clearly.

My Spidey sense is usually pretty good at detecting a scam and not getting any tingles right now.

The vast majority of "send me an email" ads result in a reply that looks a lot like:

I would love to come see you, please, for my safety, join this "free" verification site, they just check your credit card to make sure you are legitimate. or some version of that.

Here's a thought, send the email and ask. Why bother asking here? Doesn't cost a dime to send an email from a hotmail or other free account. The reply will tell you everything you need to know.

Her pictures look great! Her rates are lower but that may not take into account the travelling fees of getting to your place depending on how far it is. Or you can arrange to pick her up by car from her place or somewhere public back to your pad or a hotel

Yup fully aware of all of that, no mention so far of a traveling fee in our communications and was all ready thinking of proposing an initial public meeting.

This is simply not true. The majority of shady looking ads I see on Leolist and scams I read about on here are outcall. The risk factor associated with inviting a potentially ruthless scammer to your own home is a lot higher too.

"I only do overnights (so 10 or 12 x $240/hr)", "only want a SD @ $5K/month", etc. Yes, pretty cynical but if LL has taught me anything is to take ads with hot bodied chicks at a below-market price point with a HUGE amount of skepticism. Yes agreed but if your brand new at this how do you get to the level of charging 350+ an hour ?
You have to start off somewhere, admittedly I think she's starting a little low if she's legit.

The question I asked myself is if her ad had posted at 300 or more would we be having this conversation ?

'Her' body in the picks looks fantastic to me. Definitely real, but is it her? Hahaha The only way to know is TOFT.
