I'd take the money, do some stuff I've never done before.
As for helping other people, money does nothing for them, unless they are willing to help themselves first.. If you want to help people, give them your time, time is the more precious concept .....

I would choose to win the lottery. I could do a hell of a lot more good in this world with several million dollars than looking like George Clooney and Brad Pitt's lovechild.

Definitely the money for me. For two reasons, one, beautiful physique alone doesn't get you much, instead, it might make you a target for others to exploit. Think about it, if you are drop dead gorgeous, but not smart, or don't have much money, do you think others will be attracted to you or willing to sacrifice for you? In most cases, people around you will be jealous of you and try to either take advantage of you or destroy you. Using attractive physique to go far in life alone is hard, you will also have to be smart, or have nice personalities to get along with people. In my case, I am actually pretty satisfied with my appearance as it is. I am nowhere near ugly and I know for a fact that when I suited up, groom myself and go out on the street, I can say that I will attract some lady's attention no cap. What I lack, which is one of the reasons why I poon, is because of my personality, I am not super social that I can be energetic around anyone and try to get in their pants, I prefer intimate conversations with close friends who understand me, and I do feel awkward around strangers at times especially if they are more sociable than me. So yeah, if I got money, I am confident that it will make up for my lack of social ability and make me more attractive to the ladies. I can just imagine, instead of trying my best to crack a lady up while being one of the dudes that approach her, I can arrive in a fancy car and looking all fresh and say: "hey girl. Wanna get in my car and let me buy you a drink and get to know each other?" So yeah, I choose money, because I believe money makes one more attractive.
I’m ok with my genes, I’ll take the cash. I’m decent looking enough and can lose weight, gain lean mass very quickly if and when I want—something I’d be more inclined to do if I wasn’t working 50 plus hours a week.
Travelling, studying, pooning(and dating lol) without limitations sounds a lot more exciting than being “really really good looking.”

All the good genetics in the world won't save you from time itself.
I am/was in the tall, dark, and handsome category in my youth, but now I'm middle-age pulling off the 'silver-fox' phase in my life. I'd rather not fool myself into thinking I'm always going to be an "alpha specimen" forever. So I'd take the money and compensate for those elements in my life I'd find lacking.

I am sure that genetics is the clear answer. Genetics as a whole not only is what makes you attractive but also gives you good health & intelligence.
Think about it. What makes life worth living? What makes humans tick? It is your emotions. The attention, validation and affection you receive from others. Being good looking or having the faculties necessary to build something new for the world is far more validating.
Money and power when earned satisfies existence far more than the wealth of happenstance. I'm too intelligent and care little for your lambo, tell me how you earned it.

Cash definitely. I'd donate a lot of it and make sure my family and loved ones were taken care of.
