Not too many quality local providers out there with a natural chest. While I have never personally seen Sexy Sara, from the pictures she definitely seems to have the nicest natural tits out there and the reviews are always positive on both her and the twins. Trust me don't let her age bother you. They have definitely withstood the test and then some. Some of the nicest tits I have seen and played with.
