Do you guys ever get super paranoid about STD's?

Find another hobby. Contracting an STD from a random girl you met outside of the industry, is far more likely, and a bigger risk, than contracting an STD from a well known Service Provider or Agency. Professional SP's take better care of themselves, are tested regularly, far more than the majority of those outside of the industry. With that being said, if you want to throw caution to the wind and see SP's with drug issues, Track Workers, late night SP's advertising "Party Friendly" then perhaps being "Super" paranoid is how you should be.

You should be more worried about COVID did you wear a mask to protect the women?

We all make mistakes, don’t over think it. I remember I always wore a condom, and like you had a BBBJ and I freaked out. Got tested and thought did I worry for nothing. Funny thing now I still think about it but I enjoy both.
It's always in the back of your mind , what you do will either raise the chances of stds or diminish them , in the end it's a decision you have to deal with , I personally feel you must deal with those worries before hand and enjoy your time with these ladies after all the money you're forking out is not chicken scratch so go in have fun and be as safe as you can be .
In the time I've been partaking in this hobby - which has to be about 5 yrs now - I've not really let it worry me much. But there have been a few times that the condom broke without us knowing so it was accidental bareback and I had some concerns. But, knock on wood, nothing has ever come of those incidents or anything else. I tend to agree with those that have said if you stick with reputable ladies they take very good care of themselves and always exercise caution in their work. So you probably need not worry quite so much.
