I've been eyeing JLL for a while, waiting for her to be available again. But $500/Hr (and then tipping), is that not far too much? Considering you can get the deed done elsewhere for half that?

The obvious reply is that you pay for what you feel is fair. "Too much" is relative. There was a debate about another provider I reviewed where the fee was 600. I felt she was well worth it, others that hadn't even met her were complaining about the high fee.
