i'm pretty sure it's an all-encompassing phrase that could include anything from "i'm down to do a little coke or MDMA once in a while" to "i'm a hardcore drug addict and will do any substance you bring me"
it's pretty vague and never know what you're getting yourself into when they say they like to party. unless you ask directly and they actually respond honestly. i'm not sure where the the pooning code of ethics lies on that one
i don't do drugs so on the rare occasion i've seen a "party girl" i just don't acknowledge it and it's been fine. haven't seen any majorly drugged out girls this way
