Any idea if this handler is any relationship to the 2 other adds for Duola or Abby ? Looks like same type of add. I'm guessing same girl for all 3.

This is the Xiao group out of Vancouver. They have brought a few gems here, but like the mainland it is hit and miss. They are well reviewed on the Vancouver forum.
