Don't be so quick to judge the ladies

I have read many comments about guys essentially boycotting SPs that have ads posted during this pandemic.

As confirmed by Riza, Leolist deletes ads (including the amount spent for future postings) if they are inactive . So some ladies have no choice but to bump ads .

I'm sure there are many reasons known only to them.

Just don't assume shit!

I'd imagine most of those who are supposedly going to "boycott" haven't actually ever seen the SP's they are now supposedly going to boycott. It's like me saying I'm going to boycott iPhones even though I've never owned an iPhone and have no plans on leaving Android. I'm sure alot of the "boycott" talk is "I'm taking this person off my To Do List" - as if being on someone's To Do List every payed the bills to begin with? lol Just my opinion, but of course I could be wrong.

Something wrong with my brain today. I can' t follow the logic of what you wrote." If ladies don't bump their Ads LL will delete them". If they aren't working why would they care if their Ads get deleted. I would think they would want their Ads deleted so they don't get calls while they are off work. What am I missing?

When you have an ad you need to buy 'bumps'. You can buy 10, 20, or 30 bumps. If your ad has bumps on it, you don't want them to expire along with the ad, so you have to bump it to keep your bumps. If that makes sense, lol.

Thanks that makes sense. But how often is a bump used, once a day? If seomone has an Ad and bought 30 bumps and that's good for a month wouldn't they just let it expire if they aren't working anyway? I'm missing something somehwere. I would assume any ladies still advertising are still working, but if I'm reading the OP correctly some are advertising because the Ads are under some sort of "contract"? Seems like it would be annoying getting calls and texts if you aren't actually working.

Is Leolist not freezing (not expiring “bumps”) accounts of ladies who aren’t advertising till this is over?

It is up to the lady what she includes in her ad.

Leolist has not said anything, that I know of, about "freezing" bumps.

Also if you top up your account "gift card" (fancy way of saying credit you have paid for) it will also expire and you loose all money on it.

Keep that in mind ladies so you don't loose your money.

IF you carry a balance on your gift card you only have to put a small amount on it for the expiry clock to reset.

So you're saying if you have any business, you'd rather your ad and ad credits you have with the local magazine expire than turn off your work phone or ignore the emails - when you're not planning on working - than save them for later?

Um... maybe. I have a business and I advertise and have a website. My website is paid yearly, nothing I can do about that. I just added a Covid information section. My advertising is paid month to month. When I saw this coming I pulled all my Ads starting the end of March. Why? Because I'm not taking on new business or new clients. It also saves me paying for Ads. I would assume it's the same for an escort if she's not working. What you've already paid for in advertising is lost either way whether the ads are posted or not if you're not taking on new clients. To me it only makes sense to keep the ads up if you're still seeing clients.
I guess the point I'm missing is what is the value in having the ads up if you're not seeing clients? Just because they had to be paid for anyways?

The way LL operates is for each ad a lady creates she must purchase a "bumps " package . 10,20, or 30 at roughly 5 eoros per bump. If the total is less than 50 eoros there is an additional 1 euro surcharge per bump.

These bumps are good for a month once posted. So. if an SP only bumped once per month to prevent the ad from being deleted , her investment will last between 10 and 30 months. If she lets the ad expire, all remaining bumps expire right along with it.

With taxes, exchange rates and service fees it works out to roughly 12 bucks per bump.

So the girls who are already suffering financially should just throw that money away? Then struggle to afford advertising once it is safe to work again?

There's the answer I'm looking for. Thanks. I was under the assumption the bumps would only last for 1 month at most. Kijiji has bumps but you don't have to buy that many or pay that far out. Seems LL is out to fuck people.

Leolist ads and credits expire 365 days after the last action (bump or top-up).
This was verified by 2 separate SPs.
This is incorrect. One of my ads was expired for a short amount of time and Leolist nuked it from my account. It wasn’t anywhere close to a year.

A better question is this...if these judgmental guys, are not looking for an SP to bang right now, why are they on LL checking out ads to begin with...hypocrisy is rampant with some of you guys!

You're telling us you don't cruize LL to pass the time? I know I do and am self isolating. As far as ladies using up credits before they expire, I think it's a good idea. Why let LL snag all you paid for, and maybe have a chance of remaining relevant when this is all over. It's like having a burner phone with minutes left at the end of the month you know you're going to lose, that's the only time I will call my mother.
