I have to agree with that. It's easy to jump to conclusions and think we would have an omg/wtf reaction if the door opened to someone we knew. But, if you really think about it - and that person actually getting on her knees to blow you - yes, that would be fucking crazy (in a good way!).

until you meet a gorgeous well reviewed girl at a very reputable agency years ago and you swear the entire time she is friend of your mid twenties son and then the next time you chat with your son he asks where you are getting your hair cut these days, you tell him, and out of the blue he recommends going to a popular guys hair establishment and you should get “my friend” who works there part time to cut your hair... yes her, the one you just enjoyed an hour having a super exotic passionate time with but swear you know her and there is a déjà vu going on the entire time. did i go for the haircut? not a freakin chance. did i want to? absolutely, imagine her hands all through my hair it’d be tough not to show my appreciation for a great cut...
Then you start to worry what if your son tells you that, "Dad, remember the friend I told you last time? She's my girl friend now!!!", lol.
This happened to me many years ago while working in a grocery store. A girl I'd seen for F/S at a massage parlor only about a week prior, came through my checkout lane with her boyfriend. Neither of us had spotted/recognized each other until they got to the front of my line and I started ringing through their items. For a half second she looked mortified before putting on her poker face. It was a fairly large grocery order so they were in front of me for 2-3 minutes while I played it cool and made typical chit chat with them both while scanning their items as fast as I could and trying not to look too panicked. Saw her shopping there alone a few weeks later and she thanked me for playing it cool... turns out boyfriend didn't know about that job and she wanted to keep it that way. Best part was, one of the guys I worked with had noticed her shopping in the store and made sure to tell me to "Check out the Hottie down isle 10". She was really hot even when out shopping in sweats w/no make-up... I never did wind up seeing her at her workplace again... just felt like it would have been creepy on my part.
Looking back on it now, for the sake of discretion, probably not the best idea to go to a massage parlor that's a block away from work, especially working in such a public space.

When I first moved to Vancouver a client called my “bluff” about being a student only to be stuck in a room with me on campus three weeks later. It was officially the first time in my life I was so anxious my stomach hurt, and no that is not the last time I saw him on campus.

The closest I’ve come... so far... is having met two separate SPs down at Wreck Beach. In both cases we knew that both parties frequented the beach so it wasn’t a big surprise. In one case we were both there alone, so there was no awkwardness and I even gave her a ride home where we continued with a session. In the other case she was with a friend, so I let her be.
I have a feeling there’s likely a fair number of SPs at Wreck, especially in the early day on weekdays when business might be slow. I certainly would if I could make my own schedule.

I dunno' man. This is as much a secret lifestyle for me as I imagine it is for most providers. If her close friends are aware of her profession, maybe she wouldn't be inclined to be so discreet if that friend also happens to know me. Like maybe I'd want to date someone she's friends with after meeting them in a civilian setting and since the provider knows my hobby decides to warn her against it. Which then can possibly lead to that info circulating even farther in the form of gossip.
Like one pretty reputable provider I've seen had actually messed around with one of my best friends outside the hobby prior to us engaging in sessions. It took me a while to place her face, but once I did, she admitted she'd known all along. This was after like 4 or 5 sessions. We're still very cool to this day though so I'm pretty sure we trust each other with that info. But she's more mature, it's the younger ones I worry about.
I was just going to post in the lounge section, when I came across this post. Have been seeing SPs for over 25 years ago. Started by just driving around looking at the ladies on the street in the early 90s as I am voyeuristic. Migrated to picking some of them up, but that is a whole other story. I have had two occasions now where I have gotten to the door of an SPs incall and it is someone that I knew. The first, and most awkward was about 15 years ago. At that time it was mostly the Georgia Straight where the ads were. Saw an ad and decided to make the call. She was 22 and I was just about 40. Set an appointment and did the second call when close to get the actual address. Got buzzed up and she opened the door with the hide behind the door thing. Once the door was closed I looked at her and she looked at me. We sort of stared at each other for probably 15 or 20 seconds as our minds were just comprehending what we were seeing. It was the daughter of one of our best friends. I had known her since she was about 8 years old and watched her grow up. I am thinking, "Oh shit. I am so busted". She was thinking, how did he know where I am? Then when it hit her that I was actually "Dickie" who was a client she just about fainted. We both had lots to lose. Ended up sitting down and having a coffee with her while we sorted things out. We both agreed that no one else could know anything about it and that we would keep each other's secret. What else could we do? I think that she was actually willing to go through and have a session, but there was no way that I was going to get little dickie up. So after an hour of coffee and talking we parted ways. Saw her at a family picnic just a couple of weeks later and it was like our meeting had never happened. I have not seen her now in a few years but still really good friends with her parents.

I worked at a pharmacy for six years and I have recognized about four SPs there that I have seen from Leolist ads. Unfortunately I never wound up meeting with any them for a session. There is an SP that I did have a session with where I did recognize her because she would often shop at the pharmacy I worked at with her sister and mother. I had no idea she was an SP until I met with her for a session. I actually quit my job at the pharmacy a month before I met up with her. I never told her where I use to work and basically seen her shop at the store for a number of years. Surprisingly, she didn’t recognized me or at least acted like she did.

Fair enough. That makes sense. I am about the same age difference with my sibling, but I was always super close to them. At times I'd introduce a girl to my kid brother and girls were a sucker for a guy who is good to his younger siblings lol
Happened to me just last night. Was at a private event, the provider and I locked eyes as we were walking past each other. She stopped, I stopped (trying to place the faces) and then we both realized who each other were. She looked momentarily frazzled so I just went in for a quick hug, said it's good to see you and then went to the bar, lol. I swear man, happens all the time.
Bonus though, she's hot as hell so my boys thought I was the man for even knowing her.
