Most girls work with a roommate for safety reasons. You will never meet another client, we are extremely careful about that.
I personally wouldn’t find it fun being with a girl while some other pooner pounds away on the girl in the room next to you.
Although this has happened to me at Tiger spa a few times! Hear the girl moaning and dude grunting in the room next to me. Just got the girl to turn up the music volume.

You won't hear anything. The other room is always on the other side of the apartment and not sharing a common wall.

I remember vividly being with Renee at Tiger once, she came into the room as I was getting out of the shower. Girl next door was being quite vocal in a fake way.
