I texted the number to get some information on what her overall services and restrictions are, but it was the handler and I found him/her to be a bit passive aggressive demanding to know when I planned on coming. I didn't have a specific time in mind at that point and was just trying to get more details before deciding if she was right for me. Rather than answering my questions (so that I can make a decision) the handler told me to message when I'm actually ready to see her.

That's unfortunate, I tried to re-read my texts to see if something I said was rude or taken out of context. I seem to get myself taken out of context on this forum quite a bit, but it's not just me it seems in the case of how the handler deals with potential clients.
Exactly. Like what does a guy have to do? Pretend they're booking to get the info they need, cancelling, and then booking when they're actually ready? Quite a poor business practice. If I'm going by pictures and body-type as well as ethnicity. my guess is Mia is likely Aaliyah/Priya from years ago in Surrey, then Burquitlam, and then Burnaby. She never needed a handler in the past, she can easily do-away without one, cause whoever it is that's running her business for her sucks.
It's good that more people are openly complaining about the poor customer service we're getting from this girl's handler(s). By sounds of if she's a great SP, but she just has terrible people running her business for her. She's probably better off going independent.
I also tried to email, to get some info and pricing for a duo with the other girl that was working at the Richmond location. No response at all, and that was over a month ago. Since it's a new ad, for the new location, you would think the email address would be up to date.

I really wanted to see Mia and texted a couple times in recent days and got no response. I use a texting app, not sure if they don't respond to those though ad doesn't say anything about them.
Good news is there's another Mia under 4206. I think she's the former SP who went by the name Priya and Syra back in the day.
