Thats a watermark left by a camera app. It softens the lighting on the subject and removes eye bags, wrinkles, ets
Not just that.
The Asian version completely reshapes the face shape, nose and eyes to the point where it's not recognizable.
You can do all kinds of stuff on there. We never trust those pictures when girls send them to us, in reality it's completely different.
