I have to wonder if his Ex was awarded visitation , and who would pay for the battery support?

The article mentioned the ruling was from the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT). It gave an explanation: "The CRT is an online tribunal that hears small claims disputes for $5,000 and under, strata property disputes and vehicle injury disputes up to $50,000."

So true. Divorce is a weird fucking universe of its own - people in that state will fight over literally anything.

Judge should have given them each a vibrator and told them to go fuck themselves for wasting the court's time.
