I have been to Pacific Oasis which is at 425 in the past, so I tried out the "Amazing Happy" which is at 425 Pacific.
Both are actually quite similar. Neither are run like a typical AMP where you pay a room fee upfront.
Both actually provide a pretty decent massage as well, not just a quick rub down. So if a good massage is as important as the ending (like it is for me), then both seem like decent options.
I think the biggest difference is that the Pacific Oasis seems to offer other services (pedicure, manicure, etc.) and the happy ending offer comes almost as a surprise at the end of the appointment - at least the first visit it did. The place at 425 is a little less "professional" - her technique and teasing starts much sooner in the massage, they don't seem to offer other services, and the annoyances like the girl coming and going during the appointment or yelling through doors/walls in mandarin/cantonese at the other ladies.
I believe the price for Pacific Oasis was $60-65 plus $50 for 60 minutes.
The price today was $100 for 45 minutes.
