To my way of thinking there is an element of schadenfreude associated with PERB story.

Had to look that one up... though I’m not really cheering for someone’s misfortune, as I said... I think it’s a rare glimpse into the behind the scenes. It just so happens it’s the punishments, but I’d be just as fascinated if it was the praising section.
