Each independent SP and org/group/agency/collection/bridge club is different. I book about a week out with my ATF because of my schedule limits the days/times I have to hobby and hers fills up. A last second or even a few days before is not the most ideal to lock in a matched time.
As for not hearing back, it could be a variety of factors. Dated a few SP's and heard all kinds of stories. I feel like one dated me just because I was a good listener. Just to throw out some possibilities not saying it's your case. And Im sure others will add to it. Also I've heard from SP's as quick as right away up to a week just because of their schedule.
- They're busy.
- They're not good at responding.
- Failed to fill out contact form on website correctly.
- Some SP's just don't see newbies/not newbie friendly.
- Email went into spam (this has happened to me with 2 SP's).
- Email address is offensive like blow_me_babe @ penis.rules.c om.
- Something in your message made them feel they should pass on you.
- Didn't read their ad/website correctly on how the initial contact should start.
- Initial contact came from a blocked number, voip or computer generated number.
- Just got a new phone number that could have belonged to an asshole they blocked from before.
- Have bad luck or cursed by voodoo doll from an ex.
- Sent them a dick pic thinking they'd be all over that egg roll.
- Sounding unprofessional/childish/immature in message raised red flags.
- Email had some bragging/humble bragging about wealth/status/how much better/arrogance.
- Book weeks out can require a deposit and some require one no matter the time, maybe you didn't mention it so back to early point.
- Contacted a SP who is on vacation/holiday/break from work, check their website/twitter/etc. However, some forget or just don't post it.
- Some SP's have a do not see this ethnicity/age group/penis size/etc listed on their site and when they get a message or form filled out they pass.
- A friend/co worker/fellow hobbyist/pyschic palm reader gave your their number since their a regular but since the SP don't know you/not screened they only answer emails from newbies.
- Forget to address them properly in message like if your trying to get a dominatrix forgetting to address as Mistress or addressing them as something they find offensive like babe or hey b---h or yo ho (not the Santa Claus version).
