Showering before any session should be put in the Pooner guide or Pooner 101 . It seems that scrubbing all private areas would have to be mentioned as common sense is not for everyone .
I remember PlayfulAlex had started a thread 6 or 7 years ago about that same subject . It would have been most likely after someone forgetting to scrub his butt crack and other private parts . Unbelievable that we even have to discuss that subject nowadays.

Maybe one of the gals on here could do a sticky thread. A please read before starting in the hobby type thread or Hobbying 101. Then when someone contacts you link it to them so their aware of stuff prior to. Remember common sense isn't taught in school and not everyone knows how to wash their ass, in this case literally :lol:.

I always shower before getting to any session so that I can take the time to hit all of the most important areas with some serious soap and scrubbing. I also never refuse a shower when offered at an in-call, but if the only soap/body wash that is available is particularly feminine smelling I will typically not use it as that could cause me some problems later in the day. If a provider has a men's body wash then I am more than happy to use that while in the shower at her in-call.

Do make sure you dry properly. But try to avoid talcum powder. It’s no good for you!
Especially for the ladies. Simple cornstarch for the financially savvy man works wonders to prevent chafing and dampness ?I always shower, shave, brush my teeth before I leave, have a small bottle of mouthwash and an extra deodorant with me in my vehicle for when I arrive and for afterwards. Will have another shower at the SP, hopefully with the SP as it's way more fun to get all soapy together.
I have had compliments about my cleanliness and being clean shaven and the compliments are always well received and returned. As Clementine said, she spent a lot of time getting ready to look her best, the guy should do the same.
