Something I've noticed in quality of photos

Something I've noticed over the past few months are how some girls' photoshoots are getting more and more quality, particularly in photoshoots. I can't get over how independents have so much clarity and class in this biz who are totally in it. I've mentioned it before and it seems to me some of the "pics" we are seeing on search sites is starting to look like I need to use PERB more than ever, for a few reasons:

-Most photos on search sites are already misleading
-Not interested in sketchy looking pics. Like seriously, check out the background
-So many stolen pics of IG models, nude models, etc.*

For me, it's almost getting to the point where it used to be 'hey she's attractive, let's see what she's all about' to 'is she even real'?

Just my 2 cents, just an observation. Comments?

*I'm all for anonymity, don't get me wrong there, I'm talking about the ones that are just plain terrible quality.

With the availability of iPhones and tablets these days, the quality of picture they take is almost professional.
Yet you still see the pics out there that are so bad, and so blurry, they'd qualify as Sasquatch footage.

I've never met a Sasquatch who had an iPhone or a tablet.

I’ve been itching to start a rant on low quality photos or ones that look like they’ve been photoshopped by a five year old.

My thoughts on the above:

- crappy photoshop - famous among micros: if you’re going to exaggerate certain parts of your body know that I can see
the wall behind you. Also know that I’m not staying.
- pics that have been resized to be really small (popular among junkies) - really? How dumb do you think I am?
- IG models - not even going to bother

Adding to this, it boggles my mind that people can allow themselves to be fooled by such poor quality misrepresentation.

I wish I had the know how and patience to use photo shop. But my goofy self shot photos bring in my hilarious crowd of like minded fun seekers. If you are the commodity and don't bring anything to the table but looks, you won't make it in this industry without changing your photos and name every week. ( Not that I care or judge others Hussle)
I just don't have to time or energy to do that.

I always said..... text in your ad, your website and of course your pictures, will determine the "quality" ( and quantity ) of customers you will get.

Post a mirror selfie with a roll of toilet paper in front and open toilet in the back ..... ask for 400$/ hour because you are worth it. yeh... for sure you are worth it, just you won't attract a right crowd this way.

Advertising is an art. And in this line of work ESPECIALLY, you have to be on top of it..... or you will run discounts before end of a month to have rent money.

I photograph girls for over 10 years. I saw 100s of fantastic girls failing because they did not put effort into advertising. They thought, just because they are young and beautiful, the clients will come.
WRONG. Tomorrow, there will be one who is younger and more beautiful and you will be just second best.

.... and I saw a few ... just a few ...... that have mastered the advertising art, put some time ( and money ) into it, and ended up with couple condos. But this were just a few...... The clever ones

The ones that really make me wonder are the agencies who have a disclaimer at the bottom of the ladies photo that state “prefers a lookalike pic” or something along those lines. Where do they get the lookalike photo from?

No way in hell would I go to that agency. I guess at least they admit it's fake.
