federal Liberals bailing out Canadian media - $600 million over 5 years

Prevalence of central authority is the evidence of underlying corruption. U.S. alternate media recently reported that, unknown to the Canadian public at taxpayer expense, federal Canada is bailing out Canadian media to the tune of $600 million over 5 years. Described as a "Faustian bargain". That the bailout could only compromise media's independence and be friendly to federal policy. That the bailout is the prelude for an open borders policy and ceding authority to the United Nations.

It's an interesting read but with any unknown website, I like to follow the money to see what their agenda may be.

Nina Rosenwald is a Billionaires from the Sears Robuck family. There are some notes on her all out support for Israel and has been termed an Islamaphobic.

Where she lost me was her funding the defence of Scooter Libby and getting Bush Jr to pardon him. You may recall this is one of Cheney's henchmen who outed an active CIA asset who's spouse, a former ambassador who had hands on knowledge of Niger and its inability to supply yellowcake to Iraq. This information led to the WMD in Iraq being a falsehood.

So in effect she is not for a free press unless it supports a right wing agenda with strong Israeli sentiments. I suppose she is unhappy with Canada's left leaning media and wants to get support from like minded people by saying $6M over 5 years is a travesty. By the way CBC costs $1B annually to operate TV, Radio Canada and all of its media platforms.

The f### problem is not politics, right or left wings.

It where the advertising money has gone. Guess where ?? those big corporations like facebook, Intagram, twitter...... People are on social sites so the advertisement is there too. News programs are finding it harder to complete with that....

Any body watch streaming news.... on CTV there were about 5 adds that ran continuously- really bad and annoying... (that was about a year ago), now there are about 7-12 advertisement, why--- facebook fucked up....advertisers went back a bit to the News channels....
