Best trolling of Trump was by France.

Trump is such a whiny little bitch he couldn't go out in the rain on Nov 11.
France had a military delegation place a wreath on ther Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetary, in the rain.

And Queen Elizabeth, in her nineties, was able to go out in the rain as well. Of course she actually drove a truck and an ambulance in the war. Way more of a man the Trump will ever be.
Hhahhhah!! What would he look like if his hair gets wet??

"worst" and "horrible" are subjective words. Least liked? Perhaps.

Worse:

Firebombing Dresden (Roosevelt)
Nuking Japan - Twice (Truman)
Destabilizing the middle-east and ruining Iran's democracy (Eisenhower)
Throwing Americans into a war they wouldn't win in Vietnam (Johnson)
US-Led Sanctions that killed over 500,000 Iraqi Children (Clinton)
Displacement and death of over 13 million Syrians (Obama)

More horrible:

Massive spying, rigging, and bugging of political opponents (Nixon)
Accepting an extra-marital affair so that you can keep Clinton's last name to advance future polital career (H. Clinton) and being implicated in multiple corruption scandals.
Possible involvement in defense contract bribery, while acting president (Bush Jr.)

And the worst thing Trump did was.... use Twitter...?

Be fair in your judgement.
You forgot a few:

George Bush Junior's war in Iraq, est. 500k - 1 million dead. $4-5 trillion dollars spent! (No weapons of mass destruction found of course).
Obama (beloved by MSM) funded/supported rebel groups in Syria to unseat Assad, resulting in the civil war we see today. Approx 400k dead & millions of Syrian refugees.
Hillary's war in Libya to depose Gaddafi. Liya still in kaos today.

But they (i.e., those afflicted by Trump Derangement Syndrome) are still worried about some silly nasty thing that Trump said. Who fucking cares!

Speaking of things the world laughs at re: Trump, "Trump Derangement Syndrome". More juvenile made up nonsense. It's basically just a fancy way of saying "hater" and "hater" is just an unsupported deflection in lieu of a rationalised rebuttal.

Trump Derangement Syndrome
Trump Whataboutism Syndrome: deflect every criticism of Trump with whataboutheremails, Benghazibenghazibenghazi, or random alternative facts.

It's okay for Trump to lie constantly because Clinton did (whatever).

Neat how GOP wants to start another investigation into those emails.
Why no mention of Ivanka's emails?

There seems to be a very narrow focus on the behaviour of the president rather than the end results.

Perhaps because that's the stated topic of the thread?

But there's a phrase in computing: garbage in, garbage out. Bad premises tend to lead to bad conclusions.

e.g. him saying that the California fires are the fault of people's poor raking habits might seem amusing. But blaming that or forestry management leads to an incorrect or inadequate response to the problem. So bad behaviour, bad end result.

On the rare occasion the end result is good it's almost in spite of his intentions not because of them, like the Mr. Magoo of politics.

When he first started I had a few good laughs mixed with WTF moments. Then it became pathetic. Now I just think of the United States in general as pathetic. However, it does show a clear division of people in the world; those that care and those that care about themselves.
