Sounds like Bella. I was once 10 minutes late due to traffic, and I was her last appointment of the day and she took the 10 minutes off of my 45 min massage. So I paid the 45 min price for 35 min, due to something outside my control. Haven’t been back. Great way to keep your clients happy and returning again and again.

So, she’s expected to waste 10 minutes of her day because you can’t plan ahead for things like traffic? 2:00 or whatever appointment means 2:00. It’s YOUR job to get there on time...

And I’ve never not brought exact change. The thought of not having the correct amount and waiting for “change” has never even crossed my mind...
