For a long time I thought that the PSA forum was for SPs to report bad clients while Neighbourhood Watch was for clients to report bad SPs. I've noticed lately both types of posts are turning up in PSA. Am I mistaken?
You are correct, I guess we just haven’t been enforcing it much, with members posting reviews in the lounge, requests for information in the review forums. What does everyone think? Start enforcing it or leave it as is?

Clarity always helps.
I can understand some confusion with the PSA and Neighbourhood Watch forums.
The constant 411 action in the Review sections drives me nuts! I've heard too many times the reasoning that "People don't read the 411 so I post here to get better attention..." That just undermines the purpose of having separate sections in the first place.
Reviews in the Lounge should also be addressed.
I figure the confusion could just be that PSA doesn't say what it's for explicitly. The description is just a list of things not to do. Maybe the description and/or name just needs a tweak?
Reviews and 411 is definitely flooded with mass confusion. I didn’t even know wht the 411 section was until someone pointed it out somewhere else entirely
