How comfortable do you have to be before you let her come to you for outcall?

Dude everyone knows the number one rule is to not have an outcall to your place. Its just too much risk. Same for Sp's. Some do incall at their actual apartment, but there is some risk to that. Eventually on both sides, you might get a whack job with a grudge for no real reason and they are gonna cause trouble for you.
Have an outcall come to you when you are at a hotel. Or an Airbnb.

I usually have seen them a number of times and maybe had a hotel date before coming to my place.
I'd think the apartment outcall is better than a residence because you hardly ever bump into anyone in the elevator or on the same floor.
Try an outcall in a neighbourhood cul de sac. Haha the look on the neighbours faces was priceless.
You'll have the most freedom if you are in your own detached house. And the most risky scenario would be inviting her in for an outcall when you are a tenant sharing an apartment with the landlord. Then you would have to sneak her in and out between the times the landlord is away or asleep.
Sounds like sharing a bunk bed with your little brother and sneeking a girl in when he's sleeping.

I’ve had the grandparents bring the kids home, while I was there.. That sucked...but I do believe they remained married and I never heard from him again
Years ago I used the local escort agencies and yes I had them come to my place. I never had any problems that way. For the most part that was 6 or 7 years ago.
Nowadays I won't have them over unless I seen them before or they have good reviews. Most of the time I go to their incall location.

I don't like them to come to my home..... couldn't give a shit about my neighbours..... just a safety issue. There is one lady I'd love to have over but she doesn't do outcalls....... another one that I did have over was when we were friends and I wasn't a client anymore.
