One was at a red light on the Trans Canada highway.
Yep, driving on the Trans Canada and smoking a joint, if that doesn’t call for vehicle forfeiture what does?

I don't know if there is an practical roadside test for THC yet.

Not yet, there working on a saliva test but it won't be ready until the end of the year. Then you've got training and mass production.
