I'm going to take a guess here and say she's likely Filipino and trying to come off as more exotic by claiming to be Spanish and Japanese. Not that it's not possible that she's saying the truth, but usually find that any SP who claimed to being a half Asian half Spanish mix turned out to be Filipino.
