What is the difference between PERB and the TERB community?

I occasionally read the Ottawa thread. I find PERB is immeasurably more supportive of people, both men and women, than there. There's a group of folks in Ottawa who firmly believe in NOT publicly reviewing anyone. Not sure if they're afraid that positive reviews will fill up a woman's schedule or cause her to increase her rates by 300% or if they're so adamant about non-reviewers/lurkers, they're protesting by not posting any reviews. I find it all quite silly, personally. Some of the banter reminds me of what people said PERB was a few years ago.

The letter T. Merb, Terb, Cerb, and Perb are all the same but cover different regions in Canada. ERB I think is acronym for escorts review board
CERB changed its name to Lyla a few years ago. It's strong in Ottawa and is somewhat useful in Winnipeg for massage providers; otherwise, it's irrelevant. It's not affiliated with the TERB family of sites.

It was up for sale about a year ago, not sure if any one took over. It's not particularly useful as a source of information because they only allow positive reviews. It heavily dominated by the Ottawa members.
