Asian lady/kg recommendation

Any recommendation on a Kg or other Asian lady in the Burnaby,Vancouver area? Some of the things that I am looking for are:
-Responsive
-DATY allowed
-DFK allowed
-No Ninja Moves
-Accomodating with out a script.
-No cat baths.
-Decent BBBJ.
-below 40 years old
-Not a YMMV type.
-Below 5'5". A little chubby is ok.
Pluses would be: Allows DATO, cute feet, allows some footy play, it's ok with older men.

Around $180-220.Usual kg shop rate,not top of the line Asian SP. I just read so many reviews with so much controversies and mixed reviews between pooners and their experiences that is hard to pick any particular SP.As an example,I can mention Swan(MyC)and you can see what I am talking about. She has a fan club as well as many who will not repeat.

At the moment my go to is flower7552 on wechat. I've never had any problems with them so far and the phone girl is very accommodating they only have one location they won't send you to the wrong address and they usually have max 2girls that they offer I've never got a b&s from them and really liked what they offered. Esp Yui haha

Thank you for your suggestion. I haven't been to that group in a long time. I was hoping to find someone like Miralynne,but at a lower rate.
Anyone else has other suggestions?thx.
