My guess is that it is a ruse, or worse yet, a scam. It's a good story, but impossible to really verify until you actually see the results.
I would think that if it were authentic, she would be posting on a higher end board than LL - and in particular toward the Middle East. There is a definite market for that sort of thing, and getting much more than the 20K she spent on surgery wouldn't be hard if she marketed it appropriately. I'm pretty sure the LL demographic is not going to be the best fit for what she is offering.

The claim it cost her 20K is rather ridiculous. Also if she didn't lie to her fiancee in the first place, it was likely paid by him, not her.
If you google 'hymenoplasty', there's enough information. It should cost something like 5K Canadian tops, with 3.5K quite a normal price.
In Beverly Hills, where she claims she did it, it's more expensive but definitely below 10K. Of course, it could have been some extreme case, life after childbirth(s), or bundled with more procedures.
