What's the deal with the 5060 group?

I've seen more than a half-dozen women there over the past several years and have had either decent experiences and some amazing experiences, but never a poor experience. None of the women stay there for long though it seems.
I've always received texts back in a timely manner, never been stood up, always been seen on time, never any issues.
The only negative comment I have is that the bathroom, especially the tub/shower, has always been in rough shape because they are not looking after it.

Wrong question I'd say. The appeal of 5060 is obvious - young girls, rather low rates, face pictures. I wasn't impressed with the service in my experience, but that's not relevant.
The place will get lots of traffic at least from non-PERB customers who don't know what's behind the scenes.
The real question is, who's continuing to be a patron when the realize most of their money goes to pimps, who are the most abusive pimps of all the groups around? Well the girls are (probably) not underage and not physically forced, but they would never choose to work at that place if they knew any alternatives.
It is a poster case why the current legislation and the stigma around the industry are harming women. Some of the girls could become fine providers if they started elsewhere, there are many good agencies and, yes, good pimps who can help the girls with their career. Instead, the girls' morals and enthusiasm are wrecked at a place like this. I wish there was a way girls could make an informed choice where to work.

Yeah, I didn't think either PERB would have such influence. 5060 were around for a long time, it's hard to expect them to change.
They didn't have full face pictures for every girl before. Who knows why. I have a couple of guesses.
Maybe a girl found out her face was posted on the internet and demanded to stop it.
Or another theory, maybe the handlers think a girl's face is not, well, improving the sales.
