Is there a website that provides what properties have sold for in my neighborhood? I'm not looking for the listing price, I want to know the closing price.

In The States we have County Assessors websites that list date/price/name(s), I'd imagine either city or province has something similar

search on your home address ,then scroll down to Sample Sold Properties,then click. (next to neighbouring properties).

This is great!
Searched and found that my neighbour sold for pretty much assessed value.
This would be especially good for TH and condo owners that own virtually identical properties (barring interior upgrades).
