someone I know wants a cell phone for a present, has to be unlocked.
They are in another country where the phones are expensive (hence the present). But they are not up on technology and would not understand or use many of the features of the top of the line cell phones.
They would most likely use internet, facebook, wattsap, the camera, sms text and of course, the phone. and lots of games and music
I see on Ebay I could buy a refurbished samsung galaxy s4 for around $150. Is that worthwhile? I like the fact it is weatherproof and has a good screen and all that.
But I don't know how it compares to some of the newer cheaper models such as those made by Blu.
Any suggestions?
