My post wasn't to say that Sonya is the problem but that management is the problem. Because a "blow me" response is most likely how a masseuse would respond if management wanted a piece of their hard work.

My experience with this spa...
I called on Saturday, and had no answer. No VM, nothing.
Seconds later my phone rang, and it was an Asian woman....you could tell from her accent. She offered an appointment, and all was good until I asked about the 45/$90 deal. She confirmed she offers that at her spa. I asked to book for Saturday afternoon, but amazingly, now there was no appointments available.
Last night I was out walking with the family, and my phone starts ringing. It was her calling again.
I didn't answer and said I didn't know who was calling so I am not answering it.
I found this incredibly unprofessional, and put me in a very awkward position.
I will have nothing to do with this place after this.

two points here :
1)they had limited MP's working that day, and then closed for a little thanksgiving.. okay.
2) you are absolutely 100% correct the person who called your phone is totally unprofessional doing that. the SP/MP should never call back at a later time.

Same thing happened to me, however this is not the only spot in town to do this. And once this happens, I never return. Same goes for providers acknowledging me in public places, I never return. Me, I want 100% anonymity, as I presume providers do.

it maybe very well. the expertise in this service is limited at kspa, more so when new employee shows up.. lesser service is always available, they will be sitting waiting....... or, try to book a day ahead if possible...
fact, when Noi is busy she has other employee taking calls, and its here where things go wrong at times with communication. they should say, sorry these masseuse are all booked today, but your welcome to book for another day. simple. I have direct contact with Noi, and never had a problem setting time with her directly...
but, they should never contact client back, without permission first.

When I called to see who is working, they asked me to unblock my number. So I did, and called them back. They said these ppl are working but we have no more appointments for the day. Could they not have just told me that the first time around ? Or,were they data mining peoples number?
