It was interesting when I was reading g an Other thread that they talked about women using Viagra and it actually helps them have better orgasms.
Viagra or cialis do not help men have orgasms ,they only help us have harder erections. There does not seem to be a drug that helps to give male orgasms.

There are many sites that talk about male problems with orgasm and how long it takes to cum as they get older and they offer advice and products that claim to stimulate sperm production and larger loads ..But there are no magic pills that help with it.

For me it us a mental condition and also the lack of feeling .BUT certain type of prob will make me fun in a few minutes.And amount of load depends on time I abstain from masturbation ....or sex

I am very multi-orgasmic. Once I achieve orgasm the first time (which admittedly can sometimes take considerable time) the next ones are much quicker.

Not so sure about the "bring yourself to the edge 10x" theory. That would generally annoy me. Also, the advice given that a vibrator is essential is bs to me. I generally don't like vibrators inside me. It doesn't feel natural and can be distracting.
