I'm on Shaw, it's fine.Seems like something major has happened at Shaw. Luckily we have a backup.
Anyone else having this issue?
Yeah, very odd....don't jinx me nowStrange! I checked online on my phone and the list of outages is all over the place! I guess you are one of the few lucky ones.
That's exactly what I did and it was flooded with complaints from people all over Canada, esp western Canada (Slogans of Cessation anyone? Birth of a New Canada, may be?!?!)You'll want to check this site if you think you're having an outage. http://canadianoutages.com/status/shaw
And it was indeed down.
EDIT: Just got this off Facebook. http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2017/0...wn_n_16298742.html?ncid=fcbklnkcahpmg00000001
Mine was down right around when you posted this. I got a notification my personal Cloud was not responding. An App on my phone let me know the Internet was down in my office.Major Fiber cut. Blackout pockets spread far and wide for Shaw and Telus Internet and Phone. Clients across the street from one another downtown, one is down the other is not. No ETA on repair
closest would be DuckMy Explornet was down for an hour.........then I shot the bald eagle sitting on the receiver arm,....and POOF.....it was back
I'm just kidding of course, I didn't shoot no Eagle, but since they've come off the endangered species list , I've often wondered what one of those bastards would taste like.
Uum - was your tongue a little bit in your cheek when you wrote that? When my internet goes down, checking a web site is not an option. You'll want to check this site if you think you're having an outage. ...
I telecommute from my home office. When I'm in the office, I live in Outlook. But, when I'm not in my office, I don't want to be chased by emails or other forms of messaging, from clients or anybody else. I do have a cell phone, but that's all it is, a phone, for voice calls.... No phone? I envy you in some way.
We were talking about Shaw, not a woman named Shawna.I would have thought you guys would be happy to have them Go Down on you
