If the vast majority expects GFE to automatically include BBBJ then the vast majority is delusional, IMO.
GFE would typically emphasize the Experience- a more intimate session with someone NOT your SO, rather than just a fuck-fest. And kissing is intimate- hence the upcharge. If all kissing was excluded then I would be unimpressed.
But look at it this way- most would probably say that they have bareback sex with their wives and girlfriends- does BBFS then too need to be included to be true GFE? Of course fucking not. So why should head-giving automatically be uncovered?
If it's that important to get BBBJs- which is also my preference, btw- then confirm it is included up front. Then walk if it's not- like you did.
But to assume BBBJ goes with the GFE territory and only idiots will pay more for the service when CBJ is offered is a bit fucking arrogant.

I don't think anything should be automatically assumed. I'm just saying that kissing is more intimate and might be the reason for any perceived upcharge for GFE. Of course many SPs would rather go down than kiss- I've met many of them. But kissing is something that is done with a GF or SO, therefore it might be expected in a GFE scenario. And yes- I would be unimpressed if a GFE did not include some sort of kissing- even if just light. Doesn't need to be any tongue necessarily, but intimate nuzzling, lip caress/brushing, ear lobe nibbling etc. is nice for those seeking a GFE- and I emphasize this as an Experience- and not a real Girl Friend. I agree that BBBJ is also intimate- but it is quite obvious from looking at ads in the marketplace that many SPs prefer giving CBJs over BBBJs. And if someone just wants a BBBJ then go get one- fuck the GFE completely.

And as you note it's always best to confirm the menu items prior to ordering up the meal. Some GFs SOs like it up the ass; some like to DP with a big rubber toy; some like messy facials and full paint jobs- the list could go on forever. Doesn't mean that an SP offering GFE is on board with anything in particular.
I've been with SPs that stated CBJ only- to use in case the client wasn't the cleanest guy on the block- but then gobbled bald knob once superior hygiene was confirmed. Also, the notion that GFE includes CBJ is laughable. Who ever heard of a real "girlfriend" using a condom for a blow job ? I haven't. I doubt many have. Therefore,, that's why when someone markets themselves as GFE, presumably tries to get away with charging more for GFE, should be prepared for a backlash if they try to bait and switch.
