Affordable Chinese outcall SPs for Richmond area?

I know often affordable and outcall don't appear in the same sentence. I also know that "affordable" is very subjective. But on the off chance there's any gems out there... I'm search for a Chinese SP that'll do outcall for the Richmond area that is = to or below $200 per hour. Will be grateful for any lead.

Any provider giving that rate would likely only be once and a while when things are slow. Doubtful they would want those rates public. If you get that rate it would be wise to be discrete
