For those who missed it or wanted to see it again...IMHO the best halftime show of any SuperBowl. She didn't lipsync, backup dancers were topnotch and choreography was excellent, she said hi to mom and dad and her record sales spiked.

So many moving parts in this performance that go off flawlessly. Gaga and her team are real pros.

This was a great performance. It could be appreciated at so many different levels including its hidden message of inclusion. Unfortunately it triggered body shaming comments.

At 10:24 and to the end of her performance, when Lady Gaga made certain bending or twisting moves a small amount of tummy skin appeared to hang over the top of her costume bottom. Some demeaned her for that. I find it funny that critics would pick on that "body flaw."

I learned at a very early age that my body was not perfect. As I have aged more body flaws have appeared and certainly all body parts do not function as well as they once did. However, I have found that body perfection is not the real erotic turn on for me. I appreciate the ability to carry on a conversation, laugh, be compassionate, and enjoy themselves are far greater "sexual attributes" than the "perfect breast, tummy, or bum."

Unfortunately, women are held to a much higher body standard than men. I appreciate the Special K "I hate my body moment" commercial.

It makes a very serious comment on our society and I find several women in that commercial very sexy. I am glad Lady Gaga did such a superior job during the Super Bowl halftime show. She made a statement not only for unity but for women of all ages.

Yes her message was in there done in a subtle way with her words of inclusion and performing Born this Way. I dont think Texas and a football crowd would really have appreciated the in your face type of political activism.

It does puzzle me how someone could have even noticed the small tummy roll, which was only obvious because of all her gyrations, bending and active moments that to perform required a lot of athletic ability and cardio. You had to be in good shape to keep up the pace she did.

Never been a fan but I was impressed how she owned the audience in a very short amount of time. I was surprised how many of her songs I actually knew ;)

To think Adele turned down this gig because it wasn't the forum for her kind of music. Lady Gaga on the other hand has just announced another world tour.

I read that some people believe that the body shaming tweets were generated from fake accounts that her own publicity people created. I can see that being the case as a) it keeps her name in the spotlight b) riles people to be on her side c) unites everyone against a common cause "body shaming". When you review any comments on social media about this issue I haven't seen a single person state anything negative about her body. Just an interesting perspective.

Gaga's current record & last couple of songs have been flops. They've barely made a dent on Spotify in streams versus other new pop music, much of it by relatively unknown artists. The Super Bowl show was probably all about exposure to entice a public that just isn't that interested in her new stuff. Gaga is a talented artist and a great singer. Give a listen to her and Tony Bennett on "Lady is a Tramp" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPAmDULCVrU
