Any experience buying tickets and printing them at home?

I bought a ticket from the ticketmaster dot ca site. I got three emails, an order, confirmation, the third had a link to print the ticket.
Printed the emails and the ticket. It is plain black and white, 8x11, with two barcodes. Not very impressive looking.

Took it to the MTS Centre box office to make sure it was ok. The lady said it looked suspicious. Oh fuck...
Then she says she cannot scan the barcode to verify it until the day of the game and once scanned I cannot leave and re enter.
She cannot tell me if it is valid? WTF????

So I am shitting myself not knowing if it is real or not.

How can I validate this ticket?

Bought lots of tickets online from ticketmaster.ca. It's got an image in the shape of a ticket with a barcode. Another barcode at the bottom. The rest is filled with ads. Worked fine every time I've done it. They scan the barcode. That's all that matters to them.

Phone TM support. Maybe the link is broken?

I always get tickets mailed to me partially because of this type of issue.

That is what it looks like. I don't know why the clerk said it looks suspicious.
Couple of hundred bucks does not matter, I was more worried about identity theft with all the questions they ask.

bbb, I am phoning them but I guess they are all off for Christmas!
