Here is the story I have for you. If you google search the phone number, ads for other girls will come up. I contacted one of them. It was outcall only. Texted back and forth. She mentioned a rate in the text. I am paranoid so I did not respond to, or mention any money or explicit details. She gave me an address where I could pick her up. It happened to be close by so it didn't take long to be in the neighborhood. As I was driving she sent a text asking what color and type of car I was driving. I thought that was odd, so I didn't resond to that question either. I took a quick drive by the address to access the situation and as I was going by I noticed L.E. had just pulled up arond the corner with a clear view of her pickup location. I circled around and it sure looked like they were watching for something. She texted again asking how long I would be. I responded that I just drove by and the police were setting up outside. Her response was why was I driving by already, and again what was I driving. After that I just got the hell outta there.
Not saying it was a sting, but sure was suspicious.
Be careful with anyone linked to that phone number.

I have always been concerned for LE involvement. If this was a sting, and "Silver" is a LE, they have your phone number.
Can't LE get your number from your cell provider, with a warrant, and knock on your door, asking you (or your wife/ girlfriend) why the number is associated with an investigation they are doing?
I doubt it if wives & girlfriends want to hear the words "prositution sting".

I guess that would depend on the content of information you provide during the conversation. Even then there is no proof who was using the phone at the time. I really don't think they would proceed unless they physically caught somebody in the act. Either way, it seemed sketchy so I bailed.

I know from undesirable experiences and consultation with Lawyers, that LE or their "agents" are not permitted to quote a price or discuss any specific sexual activity. They can pose in order to attract an offer, but they can not make an offer. As soon as you offer a rate for any specified sexual activity you have committed the crime. Always let the "lady" make all the offers and propose the fees first, and you will be safe.
Also note that, generally speaking, the people in LE have no desire to inform your employer or S.O. about the nature of an investigation regarding prostitution. They would be very descrete. Of course, as we say YMMV, depending on your history with LE?
One lucky guy stopped for a SW in the north end. He asked, "Do you know where a guy can get a good bj?"

I don't know how much it happens in Winnipeg or Canada but I've see shows in the states where they do stings using bp or cl. Normally set up in a hotel with 2 rooms. Haven't heard about it happening much around here but I guess it's a possibility. I guess another reason to stick with well reviewed girls and ladies that do a bit of a reference check too so that you know they didn't get busted either.

Can you say the area of the city you were in? Maybe not a specific address (123 ABC Avenue), but I am guessing it is somewhere in the infamous north end?

Yes, getting close to west K, but still north end. I really don't know if it was a coincidence, but regardless even her texting left something to be desired. Definitely not professional.
