Read a great review about her so decided to give it a try... Texted, immediate response and we set up for 1030 hh...

Arrive early; text to announce arrival... she calls and asks me to wait 10 mins. No worries. I am early...

at 1050 I head for home. At 1055 she phones and says she forgot to call me back.

WTF???

Not impressed. I'd say I won't repeat but you can't repeat when you were blown off.

First of all, all communication with VIPOTG only goes through the mamasan, the client's only direct communication with the lady is face-to-face. When the client messages the mamasan she may have to contact the lady, hear back from her then relay the message to the client i.e; "Are you ready?" requires a few steps to get an answer. Lily herself did not "treat you like crap".

The mamasan is very busy at her end juggling a lot of things so our messages sometimes fall out of her working memory.

What happened to you has happened to me many times, but it is easy to deal with. In your case I would have texted her after a 10 minute wait with some thing like "Hello?" or "Is she ready yet?". May even need to repeat but then I only wait 5 more minutes. In my case this always gets the mamasan's attention back and moves things along. Don't leave until you have poked her a couple a times with a reminder text.

The mamasan also has another location down east to schedule, sometimes it may fall through the crack.
