My guess is probably 2-5 years. That's basically what they say when I asked them about their retirement plans
If they're in it for more than 2 years, the chance of a permanent exit diminishes substantially.

;);)I remember seeing Angel when she was just that - Angel - and I think we both had fun. I hope she still has fun.

Some other long time providers that come to mind are Katrina and Martini.

I wonder if there are any providers that have chosen a working name that is a play on "Dorian Gray"?

my sp is going into her third decade.

to be honest most of the sp's I have been with I would say are or were into there second decade.

partly because I'm an older guy and partly because like someone said it takes years to hone their craft. I found it rare that I liked someone with only a few years experience. the attitude and I know everything there is to know. reminds me so much of my teenagers now they are both in their thirties. but they just seem like teenagers who know it all to me.

yeah but there are a few notable exceptions when it comes to younger ladies.

I don't think we appreciate the stress the ladies go through.
my sp has been talking about a come back for a year or so now I even helped her with a new website. but she just can't bring herself to make the leap back in.
she only see's a couple of old regualar clients like me.

she saw one new client and she said she was a nervous wreck from the experience after years of taking a break.

when your younger, the stress and the need to make some bucks, its easier to over come.

like I said I don't really think a guy can appreciate the stress and the drama it takes for a girl to do this.

be nice to them is all I can say. its not an easy thing to do.

If you love being a courtesan, it's not about the money or lack of alternate employment. It's about the art of sensuality, healing, and deep, genuine connection. It's either in your blood, or it isn't.
If it's not about the money, why don't you half your current rates?

its not necessary about the money,,
who would you rather fuck, some stupid fat bitch who hangs out in poor neighborhood and shops at some run down wall mart and value village,

or some hot lady, coming out of Holt Renfrew..

rich people can be fucking pricks, but they generally know what a shower is and have been to a dentist and a doctor recently.

I don't mind going to work myself everyday, but when they give me a raise, I don't say no thankyou.

think about it, my job, I actually like, but if they shortened my day with no loss of money, I would stay and work for free,

yeah.
why fuck five guys when you can fuck two or three for the same money.

Even some ladies can be successful at an older age. If you get skills like massage you can still stay in the game. And some ladies don't just do it for money, they like meeting new people and wanna bang.

Current SP record holders that I can recall when I joined this site: Ivy 5070 (9+ years), KK 1985 (9+ years), Mei-Ling 6767 (10+ years), Lisa 4978 (10+ years), Classy Angel 8161 (15+ years), Anita's Massage 5589 (15+ years)

Classy Angel is over 15 years 100%. I saw her in late 2000 and or early 2001. I was dating a very athletic hottie (with a MBA at 24) that was making me jump threw hoops to get laid with her. She pissed me off, saying I was moving to fast on the third date after I took out my dick in the car. I finally said to myself, "Fuck this shit I am getting a hooker!!!!" The next day I read a good review of Angel on perb and the rest is history! She was a hottie back then...geezzzz...

BTW - I told that athletic chick the next week, that I hooked up with a super hot stripper thanks to her!!!!:pound:

Thats it, so those are the only two choices?
What about the 21 year old "part time student"? I don't care where she shops I just want to see that low mileage ass.

Could t have said it better myself my beautiful friend. Missing your love and light! Coffee soon?
Most of the higher end ladies (and all the ladies I associate with) have been in the industry at least a decade. It takes about that long to really hone your craft and to become an exceptional courtesan.

Many of these ladies have changed their name or location, or gone under the radar for periods of time. However, the same adage applies to this industry as all others. "It takes 10,000 hours of hard work to look like a overnight success."

I have heard of very few ladies who have been in this industry for 3 or 4 years. It's either a couple of weeks or months, and they realize it isn't right for them, or it becomes a career, with breaks to have children, or start up other businesses.

If you love being a courtesan, it's not about the money or lack of alternate employment. It's about the art of sensuality, healing, and deep, genuine connection. It's either in your blood, or it isn't.

Lady Companion; If you love being a courtesan said:
I could not agree with you more my dear! I feel like a lot of what I do is healing indeed. It's over 4 years for me in Vancouver, plus the other 4 years spent a decade ago overseas. The trick for me was to find the small base of connections I enjoy, and to venture out with a few lovely new seductions (going both ways) on occasion.

That's a really sweet thing to write.. on the other forum, guys actually call this job an "easy way out" which tells me that they don't understand how much work it takes to be in this industry. I am getting close to my 3rd year in... apparently if you make it over 2 you are a veteran. I was going to retire after this year because I did get another job, but things didn't work out and I want to start my own thing so I think I will stick around a little longer.. we'll see.. I am hoping one of these days I won't really need to advertise and I can just see my select regulars as well. You never know what life will bring around the corner.

Anyone who thinks that escorting is easy is delusional. Rhey have no idea how much of a woman gives up to see strangers daily. And regs dont make it easier on the soul
