When I visit Winnipeg, I have a well reviewed, spectacular woman that I visit. As I result, I don't do many reviews on this board. Unfortunately, she was not available on this trip.
So I did my due diligence by checking reviews, her website etc, and decided to see Mia Gálvez. New to Winnipeg from Montreal: bonus.

Here's the timeline:
- I text 8 days before to confirm date, time and location.
- I text one day before to confirm date, time, and location.
- I text three hours before to confirm date, time, location.
- zero hour arrives, I receive text that she'll be 15-30 min late.
- zero hour plus 40 minutes, I receive a text to cancel and the reschedule for next day. Broken car issue.
- zero hour plus 41 minutes, I refuse the offer to reshedule.
- zero hour plus 50 minutes, receive a series of damage control texts.
- zero hour plus 52 minutes, realize that at this late hour, their is no prudent plan B.
- zero hour plus 53 minutes, realize that when visiting Winnipeg, stick to ATF. Accept no substitutes.
Simple solution: if/when car breaks down, take a cab. With $300 at stake, as well as goodwill, well worth the ROI.
As a footnote, I read in the advertising section that the well reviewed Felina is doing duos with my no show friend. Judging by my experience, I'm hoping that Felina has the ability to conjure up some magic (well beyond her well known skills) to make that happen. And maybe even provide her with some professional etiquette lessons. My Winnipeg friends deserve no less.
